Pittsburgh Magazine has selected its 6th annual Ultimate House — Lawrenceville Lofts. This 24-unit luxury condominium, a project by E Properties and Development, is currently under construction on Butler Street. From January 20-30, Pittsburghers will have an opportunity to tour three fully furnished and stunning penthouse units in the heart of Lawrenceville.
Pittsburgh Magazine’s Ultimate House organizers have decided to delay the start of the tours by one week in order to guarantee an “ultimate experience” for all guests. Tours will begin one week later than planned, on Friday, Jan. 21. The tours scheduled for the weekend of Jan. 14-16 are canceled. The Sip & Style event scheduled for Jan. 20 will proceed as scheduled.
Previously purchased tour tickets can be used on any tour day (valid for one-time use).
We greatly appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenging times. Thank you for your continued support of the Free Care Fund at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. We look forward to seeing you soon!

About Pittsburgh Magazine’s Ultimate House
Since 2015, Pittsburgh Magazine has raised money for the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Free Care Fund through the Ultimate House.
Each year, Pittsburgh Magazine combs the region in search of cutting-edge, high-end construction projects that represent the “ultimate” in residential living at that moment in time. In past years, the magazine honored homes in Bloomfield, the Strip District, Cranberry and Pine Township with this designation. The best Pittsburgh brands and businesses contributing to the project are highlighted in the months leading up to public tours of the Ultimate House. Once the home is completed, it is beautifully staged and opened to the public for tours, with all ticket proceeds benefiting UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Free Care Fund. Pittsburgh Magazine’s Ultimate Houses has raised more than $330,000 for the Free Care Fund since its inception. For the grand finale of the Ultimate House project, Pittsburgh Magazine publishes a special section featuring a room-by-room photo essay that serves as a sponsor resource guide for readers.
To ensure public safety, event policies and pandemic-related restrictions are subject to change. We will continue to monitor local transmission rates and take into consideration the recommendations of the CDC, County and State Health Departments. Please stay home if you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
Tour capacity may be reduced to allow for guests to observe social distancing when possible. Please be respectful of others’ space; this may require waiting to enter a hallway or a room until the people ahead of you have left the area.
In alignment with CDC recommendations and to reduce the risk of COVID 19 spread, we will require that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear masks indoors during their visit to the Ultimate House. Please come prepared with your own mask. We will continue to closely monitor CDC guidance and update our policies accordingly.
