Pittsburgh Magazine’s fifth annual Ultimate House will showcase state-of-the-art homebuilding and outstanding local craftsmanship in tours of a $2 million luxury condominium that is currently under construction at the site of the former Saks Fifth Avenue, Downtown. The condo is part of Lumière, a 17-story, 86-unit property, developed by the Piatt family’s Millcraft Investments.

Upon completion in the fall of 2019, the Ultimate House will be open for public tours over a 10-day period. All ticket proceeds benefit The Free Care Fund at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Since 2015, Pittsburgh Magazine and its Ultimate House partners have raised more than $279,000 for the Free Care Fund.
