Starting March 21st (4-week series) $20 per session Join us for a 4-week workshop, that meets on Thursdays. We will explore how to identify stressful times and practical tools to cope with them. Self-care is so important for our health and wellbeing. When we implement our own self-care, we are better equipped to care for others. Participants will have a place to be heard and supported on their self-care journey. We will experience ways to decrease stress and increase serenity. Some tools include: Mindful breathing, Mediation, connecting with others, Tapping (emotional freedom technique) and enriching your spiritual connection (how it works for you).
