Isabela on Grandview, Mt Washington is one of them most charming restaurants I've been to in a long time. The staff makes you feel like like they want you there and truly care. Oh yeah and the food is unbelievable. The most important part. The wine list is to die for. And the knowledge of all experiences from food and drink it top notch. And THE VIEW. The full CAPS should be enough explanation. Go there on a date and you will give quite the impression of taste. Best of Pittsburgh by far.
