Jennifer Liptak began her career in county government in 1998 when she accepted a position with the Office of District Attorney Stephen Zappala Jr., where she ultimately ascended to the position of Finance Manager. In March of 2004, Jennifer joined the Office of County Council as Budget Director and in January of 2012, Jennifer was appointed to the position of Chief of Staff by County Executive Rich Fitzgerald.
