Owner John Wargo stumbled upon it—half built—while walking along the nearby trail and was so impressed that he immediately placed a cash deposit to make it his home. He finished the residence with an elevator, a gourmet kitchen and a dramatically open first floor—perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
