| Description |
Celebrate Israel Independence Day with family fun for all ages and interests. Activities include: PJ Library archeological dig with the University of Pittsburgh, Israeli food, dancing and arts fair; Krav Maga (Israeli self defense) demonstrations; bounce house, scavenger hunt and petting zoo for kids; free Rita's Italian ice, raffle for El Al Airlines tickets, JNF Mitzvah projects and more. Performances include: Seeds of the Sun jazz ensemble, Spirit of Israel teens and a special performance of The Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's Step Touch to celebrate its international tour to Israel.
