Pittsburghers love to identify with Phil Kessel on some level. But this young fan is 100 percent certain he is the legendary Penguins’ right-winger.

Not Malkin. Not Crosby. Phil Kessel.
 

Of course, Little Phil reminds us this iconic Penguins' meme.
 

Now, that kid was given the VIP treatment after his video blew up, scoring tickets to a playoff game and meeting Penguins’ radio announcer Phil Bourque.

We suspect good things are ahead for Phil Kessel’s mini-me.
