#PMUltimateHouse

A new year is here, which means plans for the 2017 Ultimate House are underway.

In December, Pittsburgh Magazine broke ground on our third annual luxury home. Built by Infinity Custom Homes Inc. in the new Forest Edge community in Cranberry Township, the $1.6 million, 8,000 square-foot Ultimate House will feature six bedrooms, expansive outdoor entertaining space, a state-of-the-art kitchen, spacious mudroom and much more — all fully decorated.

Developed by Singer Properties, Forest Edge is located on a 65-acre former family farm. Once built out, the neighborhood will include 59 upscale, single-family homes.

Throughout 2017, Pittsburgh Magazine and WTAE-TV will be bringing you construction updates and other news regarding Ultimate House. Tours will take place over a 10-day period in September, with all ticket proceeds going to benefit The Free Care Fund at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
